    great place to live

    Pros:
    Amenity filled building (gym, doorman, elevator, roof access and more; amazing super!; clean;
    Cons:
    Outside of city, little far from main LIC restaurants but still close to other great spots. The access to outdoor spaces can sometimes be limited which is frustrating but not the worst thing!

    close to QBP station - its very loud with the windows open

    partition the common room into small wfh rooms
