The building is new but management (REZI) running it is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Cons:
REZI is responsive only until lease is signed. Once you move in and have an issue to point it to another company called AKAM who's manager never responds. I had issues with a leak in my sink and the super wasn't able to fix it. Even worse, they charge for ameneties they are not providing. Rezi and AKAM keep pointing fingers at each other and I heard stories from tenants who are waiting for their lease to end. It's just horrible maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Fire REZI and AKAM and hire someone else to handle building management.
