    Amenities are great but noisy

    Pros:
    You can get whatever you expect to have for a luxury apartment here. Nice facilities and doorman.
    Cons:
    Noisy. It's too close to the subway to avoid.

    Great amenity. The building is new and well located.
    Cons:
    The noise of the subway and the AC is quite loud.
    There were some issues with the dishwasher.
