Pros:
View, nice common areas, good lobby management
Cons:
Air circulation in unit, elevator is a bit slow, a lot of noise pollution even on 51st floor

Pros:
Clean, soundproof, high ceilings, laundry in unit, excellent facilities.
Cons:
They jack up the water + electric. Rent is high but unfortunately in line with market value. They constantly raise facilities rates without telling people.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants who pay rent better than those who don't.
