Terrible quality of the construction. Management & super are terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Room looks nice, so be careful. The management, owner and the super, they don't work properly, not thinking about the tenants at all. To fix the issue taking MONTHS
Cons:
I lived in Ariel for a year and moved out because it was the worst experience ever. It's a new building but the quality of the construction is terrible as it seems the owner cut the construction budget. I had been having numerous issues. There were CEILING LEAKS, WALL LEAKS. They were due to cutting the roofing budget and building a poor quality roof. They happened in the winter and were told it would be fixed in the spring. But repairs finally began in the summer, not the spring. There are two elevators but one of them has been broken for over 5 MONTHS and has not been fixed yet. There is only one elevator available, but it’s very slow and sometimes doesn't work. So we had to use the stairs. The owner only employs one super to keep the budget low. He does all the work, cleaning, maintenance etc by himself but it's not done properly. I have had multiple problems with the apartment but they were not fixed for WEEKS. The common areas including the gym equipment haven't been cleaned for MONTHS and were very unsanitary. Worst management/maintenance I have ever lived in, not caring for tenants at all. If you care for your health and well being, don't rent Ariel.
Advice to owner:
Do the job(cleaning, maintenance, repair) and think about tenants, not only money

major issues, scumbag super and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet, in a good location, and it’s new.
Cons:
Very poor management and cheaply built building. Good luck getting anything fixed.
Advice to owner:
Fix things in a timely manner.
