    Decent but has rodents in walls
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    In Unit laundry
    Relatively newer apartment
    Cons:
    Super is very annoying. Yells at you for everything
    Sometimes hear rodents in the walls, although I have not seen any
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of rodents and replace the super
