Great Community, Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. The community was excellent. 2. Maintenance team was friendly, professional, and efficient. 3. Front desk staff were amazing!
Cons:
1. The management changed half way through our time in this building. The old management was amazing. The new management...terrible. Several emails will go without response. There seems to be a pettiness and retaliation attitude against tenants who bring specific (and sometimes illegal) things to their attention. And they will change the rules without any warning, such as closing the pool weeks before they were originally planned to. 2. They recently jacked the rent up, sometimes 15% year over year on certain units.
Advice to owner:
Follow through on your rules and plans, change building management (certainly unqualified and we people know that she has a personal relationship with ownership). Stop jacking prices. Work with the tenants and not actively against them.

Good Building but management seems incredibly disorganized
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love living here and the proximity of the staff. The cleaning crew is amazing and helps everyone out. Super Kind.
Cons:
The people in the leasing office have no clue what they are doing. Super rude and inconsiderate and unorganized.
Advice to owner:
Teach your leasing and property managers to be kind. Super rude.
