    Great apartments and location, but noisy

    Pros:
    Building is very well maintained, directly above a 24 hour huge supermarket.
    Cons:
    Very constant and loud street noise.
    Advice to owner:
    Katy is the best!

    Best 2bdrm in Sunnyside!

    Location, clean building, elevator, friendly & quiet neighbors.
    Cons:
    Wish it had a finished rooftop to use in the warmer weather.
    Advice to owner:
    We’re happy, can’t think of anything.
