    Lovely Building and Maintenance

    Pros:
    Clean building, very nice and attentive super, chill neighbours, virtual doorman.
    Cons:
    Took awhile to get our security deposit back. We had to send multiple text messages, phone calls, and emails before getting a response. It took almost two months to actually get our security deposit check back. Long wait for parking

    Minimal rent increases in the three years I lived there, very well taken care of, lovely owners
