Solid place to live

Pros

Really responsive team and super; good amenities (gym and courtyard with a grill). Good access to parks if you have a dog.

Cons

The building is incredibly warm in winter, to the point where it is uncomfortable. The walls between apartments are pretty thin--when my neighbor opens their door, I can hear it so clearly that it sounds like my own door is opening. The courtyard is somehow infested with mosquitos in the summer, moreso than the surrounding area.
