Just got here I like the area the building isn't bad little minor setbacks

Pros:
Beautiful building like that it's only 27 units less is best I LOVE my apartment feel very safe and I love the area tenent are very respectful most of them everything is very available for me due to my disability I love it thank you wavecrest Management
Cons:
Management should respond to tenant when call respect is due to every one
Advice to owner:
Building haven't been up to long have to be very careful who you rent to alot of folks are not clean at all ,and other tenants suffer because of them with roaches, mice not good alot of folks are just nasty
