Cons
This building is awful and has gone downhill since Central Astoria was bought out by Revona. I used to live in the same complex a few blocks away a few years ago and it was incredible — maintenance was fantastic, no pests, and responsive management. Now? There have been roaches for a YEAR. 311 has been called. Management ignored for months and sent an exterminator multiple times who lightly sprayed. They refuse to address the building issue and will give you the runaround. I wasn’t able to get someone out to the property for months, and then they told me that they wouldn’t pay for a real extermination because theirs was enough (it wasn’t). The building itself is infested, and roaches were crawling UP THE WALLS which indicates deep infestation. Save your time money and sanity.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants and actually address issues.
