DO NOT MOVE HERE - ROACHES AND BAD MANAGEMENT.

Pros:
- The location is near astoria park and is beautiful.
Cons:
This building is awful and has gone downhill since Central Astoria was bought out by Revona. I used to live in the same complex a few blocks away a few years ago and it was incredible — maintenance was fantastic, no pests, and responsive management.
Now? There have been roaches for a YEAR. 311 has been called. Management ignored for months and sent an exterminator multiple times who lightly sprayed.
They refuse to address the building issue and will give you the runaround. I wasn’t able to get someone out to the property for months, and then they told me that they wouldn’t pay for a real extermination because theirs was enough (it wasn’t). The building itself is infested, and roaches were crawling UP THE WALLS which indicates deep infestation.
Save your time money and sanity.
