Anh Test: Comfortable Living in a Great Astoria Location

Pros:
This building is in a perfect spot—close to all the best Astoria restaurants, cafes, and parks. The apartments are spacious, with plenty of natural light and a modern feel. The subway is just a short walk away, making commuting super convenient.
Cons:
The building’s common areas could use a little updating, especially the hallways. Street parking can be tough, so having a car might be a bit of a hassle. Also, noise from the nearby street can sometimes be heard in the apartments.
