Pros:
Location (2 blocks from Ferry - local SI bus stop out front)
Super really cared and tried his best to keep things up
Cons:
Bad neighborhood (Cops constantly at our building or across the street)
Bad neighbors (Again - cops responded frequently to our bldg for domestics/drugs)
Constant Roach/Mice problem that "pest control" did anything about if they even showed up at all
Janitor/Porter made myself and other women in the building uncomfortable through constant unwanted advances. When advances were denied he got rude/aggressive
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your buildings and your tenants

Pros:
The building is a 5 minute walk to the Staten Island ferry. Supervisor is reachable and quick to respond.
Cons:
Mice and roaches are seen throughout the building. Issues with hot water, water pressure, lack of water can go on for weeks.
Advice to owner:
Keep the apartment complex in better condition and more sanitary.
