I have rats damn nere in my kids ears here she does absolutely nothing

Heat is good that's it

Cons

Rats Roaches damn nere in your butt hole I haven't had a refrigerator in over a month because it blew out and she refuses to replace it so now I'm in housing court Broken floors and tiles through out whole apartment Ceiling has massive holes Led paint throughout whole apartment

Advice to the owners

Please do repairs because if my kids get hurt I'm calling a pro bono/super attorney and that's not a threat it's a promise I am keeping lady
