Living Conditions in Apartment

Pros:
Nice view of city.
Cons:
There is no heat, landlord will require ridiculous gas bill and never check the heat in the apartment. Then say that the tenants are lying about heat not working. The house also has a bad mouse problem that he refuses to get an exterminator for.
Advice to owner:
Do not own any other houses because you don’t believe in decent living conditions.

Pros:
Hated it 2 weeks after I moved in
Cons:
It is illegal, two family made into 4 family. It has mice. Other tenants are noisy and aggressive. Dangerous place to live.
Advice to owner:
Legalize the place and screen your tenants better.
