Dominican own, but act jewish

Pros:
Nice river front and building landmark.
Cons:
Owner cheap. Rather fix things that needs to be replaced or buy new. Always have heat and hot water problems. Barely keep building and property clean.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap, keep your tenants happy and respect them. They will do the same.
