Pros:
Landlord responded relatively quick when you needed him
Cons:
There were times when I would see a lot of huge water bugs in apartment & hallways. Sometimes washer & dryers would take your money but wouldn’t work
Advice to owner:
Clean hallways & staircases better & do something about huge water bugs

Pros:
Noise level with neighbors was always at a minimum. Doorman building for great price, packages were always safe. Beautiful city view, great sunlight.
Cons:
Cold in the winter, window seal wasn't great took forever for super to repair. At times one operating elevator.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance team needed for speedy response.
