    Over priced. Save your money it looks pretty but you’ll deal with a lot of bs.

    Pros:
    It’s a nice neighborhood.
    Cons:
    They want you to live there and not have any rights. They don’t help with garbage the wife does not like Americans. I asked for ac in 90 degree weather and she stomps on the floor. They are very loud but if you make a sound they call and text you non stop in the middle of the night over a fan. I left the ceiling fan on and was harassed by text messages and calls. and they replaced it several times then kept threatening to take it away. When you ask for something to be fixed it seems to be annoying to them and they take your money in cash then tell you that you have one month to move and keep your deposit. They look into your windows. It’s very hot and dark you have to constantly ask for air.
    Advice to owner:
    You can’t just have people move into your home and treat them like animals.
