My personal honest opinion

Pros

Diversity, everyone that lives in the building is nice and respectful. Also we have a grocery store, deli, fast food restaurants all walking distance! It’s a great location.

Cons

The main door of the building is broken making it unsafe and homeless people unfortunately come inside to sleep. There is no parking space for renters and the furniture store next door takes up half the street parking in front of the building. Not to mention the rats and roaches, it’s really a problem.

Advice to the owners

Please be more aware of the needs of the building, it really needs maintenance.
