Beware of management
Pros
The building is small - most of the tenants have lived there fr years so there is a little family amongst the residents. 
Cons
The management is horrible - whether is a repair or an issue with rent they never get anything done. The women who work in the office are kind but they are only liaisons between the tenants and “managers” they can’t give any Actual information. They raised rent during a pandemic. During my 2 years living in the building my direct neighbor and I had an issue with the vents, my oven and stove vent was emptying into her apartment, they never fixed it. After months of emails and phone calls if you came apparent that this was a non-issue for them and something that they plan to never fix.  
Advice to the owners
Be better people.
