    Beware of this faulty property

    Pros:
    Apartment is spacious
    Cons:
    This house is very rundown. Pest problems bathrooms are molded and broken down, windows need to be replaced, faulty socket wiring and very noisy as floor insulation is not good. The owner of the property does not respond to anything and is very hard to communicate with. Treats good tenants very badly .
    Advice to owner:
    Treat tenants with courtesy and respect, understanding that you are renting your property doesn’t entitle you to violate your tenants rights. Fix repairs!!! Fix repairs!!!
