    Landlord is sneaky

    Pros:
    Conveniently in a great location.
    Cons:
    Landlord never wants to fix anything. Will do underhanded things to get you to leave. Mice all winter. Ants all summer.
    Advice to owner:
    Do your job as a landlord or don’t rent at all
