    Pros:
    Quite block not to noisy.
    Cons:
    The owner of the building. He is a real asshole comes whenever he feels like it tries to control every situation of your living. Tells you what’s included in the property like your own driveway but then tries to kick every car that’s parked there out when you have guest over. The best part is that he doesn’t even live on the property and wants to control how you live in it.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the property to someone else cause you’re a horrible landlord and eventually people will see.
