    Don’t Even Bother

    Pros:
    The area is nice and peaceful
    Cons:
    The landlords are HORRIBLE. The actual owner of the home does not respond or try to resvole any issue. She leaves all issues to her “husband” who is rude BEYOND BELIEF. He is quick to place the blame on anything wrong with the apartment. He’s mentioned previous tenants have had issues with the plumbing. Not even a week later my tub begins to overflow with BLACK SEWAGE WATER. I wasn’t allowed to get my plumber to look at it, he only wanted his “city plumber” doing any work. Had the nerve to make me pay for the bill claiming that I was throwing paper towels down my toilet. I should’ve mentioned this before, I had NO ISSUE with my toilet. I would turn my KITCHEN SINK ON and my BATHTUB WOULD OVERFLOW. As a renter I should not be responsible for what’s inside his walls. His resolution is to throw Yellow Lysol down the drain once a month.
    Advice to owner:
    You are a terrible landlord who doesn’t know how to speak to people. No one cares that you work for a law firm and have a Masarati. I’d rather be happy with my “IKEA” furniture then have to deal or know a shitty person like you. For those who decide to rent from this couple, this is fair warning. Be prepared for shitty plumbing and a shitty landlord.
