    Cons:
    Neighborhood is a little rough-looking around the apartment complex

    Amazing amenities in a Bad Neighborhood

    Pros:
    On-site amenities are amazing! Pool, gym, activities are unbeatable
    Cons:
    The location is very sketchy. Don’t feel safe walking alone and there are some strange characters outside
