Former Tenant
Pros:
Sunlight and location
Deep soaking bathtubs
Big balconies in some apartments
Designated parking

Cons:
Management is completely unresponsive
Always issues with hot water and elevator going out
If you move within the building they make you pay broker fee again
Security is not good- several bikes stolen from parking lot, package theft out of control - building has become a target
Management will not provide virtual doormen for improved security
Stairways and gym rarely cleaned
The rental apps say there is central air and super lives in building- neither are true
Management did nothing to help renters or work with them during the shut down
Major construction noise inside and outside building
No insulation in walls you hear everything your neighbors are doing in their apartments and especially in the hallways
First floor and 3rd floor have lots of loud parties
Parking lot uncovered and not very secure, have had theft and vandalism
