Great location, near A train.
Cons
The landlord doesn’t fix anything, rats problem, chipped paint, loud neighbors and they smoke and drink in front of the building. The landlord also plays his music loud, and drinks in the stoop. I wouldn’t recommend this building. The tenants leave trash in the hallway for the mice to rip open the trash bags and the landlord doesn’t say anything.
Advice to the owners
Slum landlord! He doesn’t fix anything, and the building has several open violations. Rats, Lead, and mold. He refuses to hire a professional to do anything.
