Convenient location, that’s it lol
Cons
No security, landlord doesn’t speak English, squatters, dirty, insulation sucks

Good place to live could be better maintained
Pros
Great value, great location very quiet. Management was responsive if not always the most helpful
Cons
Management company was very responsive to small issues…ie. Broken appliances, water pressure etc but less so on larger issues. We had a problem with a leaky roof that was never fixed. Overall good experience and our security deposit was promptly returned when we left.
