Pros
Big windows that let light into the apartment, dishwasher, super is nice and generally responsive
Cons
No windows in the living room, neighbors across street sometimes blast music until late into night - recently has improved, management company messed up so we didn't have mail for 3 months, they raised rent 40% in one year, no laundry in building, renovations in other units happening at all times of day and weekends
You get what you pay for
Pros
Cheap rent for the area, in-unit washer dryer, updated appliances, super was pretty responsive for small issues
Cons
• Cockroaches... the small German kind... and no one signs up for pest control. • Random notices that hot water will be unavailable • Disgusting rats nest in the garbage cans (don't throw away ANYTHING at night) and residents just throw their trash bags on the street
