prewar gem in the best neighborhood
Pros
this building is in a great location and on a tree lined one way street that is mostly residential. the super is very responsive and his assistant manages the trash very well. it is in a safe area. laundry is in the basement which is very convenient.
Cons
the exterminator does not always come when they say they are going to. I have had bug issues in my unit but when the exterminator comes once a month, we don’t have issues.
