Great building, fully enjoyed living here
Pros
- apartments are small but clean and new - great appliances - roof deck is amazing - laundry in unit
Cons
- gym is small, a bit tight when more than one person is in there but it’s a nice gym for a smaller building.

Feel bad for anyone living here

Not a safe area! Lived here for 1 year and 2 people were shot on the street right across from my building as well as a plethora of crackheads roaming this street. Heat gets turned off randomly in winter during the daytime without any prior warning. Building has a lack of security, people vandalized the interior this year with fire extinguisher. Also a criminal entered and the police had to chase them through the stairwell.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your building instead of leaving people to live in these conditions
