Lovely apartment, excellent management
Pros
Amazing location 2 blocks from Prospect Park, well-kept building and apartment, and responsive, friendly landlords. We never had any major maintenance issues and minor issues were handled very quickly.
Cons
Noise levels were sometimes bothersome. 7th Ave can get noisy during the day, and delivery trucks for the shops below were sometimes loud in the middle of the night.

Landlords are assholes. You're paying a huge premium for location but everything else is pretty dated and unremarkable.
