Winter wonderland
Pros
Three family house the apartment style is beautiful. Each apartment has a three bedrooms large living room.
Cons
The building interior is old, windows are broken they don’t hold open. The roof is licking, the hallway floor is broken.
Advice to the owners
Advice to property owner is be more involve with the tenants.
