Truly not amazing
Pros
It will give you the basic shelter you need. You do not have to pay for utilities separate it’s included in rent.
Cons
It’s always dirty in the building. The neighbors can be noisy but the building guards do not do anything about it. Garbage management is not up to par at all. Management is very rude and barely responds to emergency.
Advice to the owners
Invest in management being better at responses.
Don't bother living here

Close to transportation. Laundry on complex grounds.
Cons
Broken fixtures, noise, neighbors who don't secure their trash correctly, random loiterers, pests, lack of safety (Security is a joke and the cameras are useless. A random man was masturbating outside the laundry room to my building while I was collecting my clothing and security took over 20 minutes to get to me because it was after 10pm and the elevators stopped going to the basement by then and they had to go through the back. The man had left long before then.)
