It’s an okay building
Pros
Location, lots of restaurants in the area and gym is walking distance
Cons
Live in super is very unresponsive, older building. Overpriced

Great place to live
Pros
The building is well maintained and the super is so kind! They respond really fast and take care of the apartment building really well.
Cons
6th floor walk up and the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. Usually only for a few hours though.
