Great price and location
Pros
*Apartment is a decent size for the price, living room and bedroom - can easily fit a king sized bed *No major pest issues *Neighbors keep to themselves *Right above bodega
Cons
*Packages do get stolen, I have stuff mailed to my friends who live in a doorman building *Some neighbors leave their cats poop in the hallway
Advice to the owners
Don’t raise rents, you have amazing tenants! Also, get tbt cat poop out of the hallway

Worth it for the Location
Pros
The trash is taken out daily, heating and AC work well, pest control comes once a month for free
Cons
Got a mouse in the first month, drains barely worked, had to use draino on a weekly basis, not a lot of light in the apartment, super was a little hard to get ahold of
