Great building in good location
Pros
Very clean building. Management and Maintenance were extremely responsive
Cons
I had no complaints. Moved because of work relocation
Advice to the owners
Keep the super and maintenance people on staff. They are great

Look Elsewhere
Pros
Supers wife is great. Very helpful Always a smile and keeping building in good shape!
Cons
Thin ceilings. You can hear every footstep Inconsiderate neighbors Building says no pets but everyone has a pet No parking/bike room/ not much of a roof top.
