A lot to complain about.
Pros
After living there for 3 years, there were none.
Cons
They're extremely slow to fix issues. Their response time especially on the weekends are nonexistent. No live-in super so no repairs were made in case of emergency until the next day if that. They do not offer any kind of protection from the constant homeless people breaking into the building and breaking into your mailbox. There's literally drug dealers standing at the front of the building every single day. Trash piles up because there is no super and is just either tossed to the side somewhere else or piles up everywhere. Termites like crazy in the basement Roaches on all floors, 311 has been notified and they've been fined but no fixes. Rodents are literally running through the walls every day. If you're in the basement, it CONSTANTLY floods, every 3 months at the minimum had to move out because of it. Management are the worst people in the universe. Review all 311 complaints before daring to live here.

Stop playing games.
