Paper Thin Walls
Pros
Management is responsive and will handle small/medium problems quickly.
Cons
The walls are paper thin. You'll hear every word of your neighbors' conversations. The stairwell is rarely ever cleaned. If you're far from the boiler, your unit will be cooler and they won't turn up the heat. Sometimes it takes 10+ minutes to get hot water.
