Not bad but you can do better
Pros
Great location, the super is pretty responsive and maintenance requests are taken seriously
Cons
Pretty thin walls especially in the bathrooms. Also no vents in the bathroom! Laundry machines also have broken down in past and some have the potential to ruin your clothes
Advice to the owners
Please put vents/ air filtration in the bathroom and add soundproofing. Clean the laundry machines!
Pretty decent building
Pros
Minimal cockroaches, live-in super, amazing location super close to the 6 and the Q and so many bars and restaurants. 20 min walk to Central Park.
Cons
Layouts are weird and make rooms super tiny, bathroom was tiny. My particular apt had this thing where if I was using two electrical appliances at the same time the power would go out...(like a vacuum and a toaster oven). It was super annoying cause then I had to wait for the super to turn my lights back on.
Advice to the owners
Clean the laundry room and machines more often!
