Best building I’ve lived in in Manhattan
Pros
Owner is super responsive Never have seen a pest more than a fly Great noise level and very cleanly
Cons
Shower doesn’t drain great but draino seems to do the trick

Sun drenched apartments Most quiet area in the East Village

Super is not very helpful No laundry Fake security cameras
Advice to the owners
Building could use better overall maintenance Heating is very loud during winter
