Decent Abode in Kensington

Pre war building is well maintained

Super is nice but takes time to answer issues

Dirty and loud
Pros
Always have heat. Good people living here.
Cons
The building doesn’t get cleaned. Trash on the floors, not mopped regularly. Back door to the garbage is left open and lots of rats. The lobby smells and there are flys inside during summer months.
Advice to the owners
Get someone to mop and take care of rats
