Great updated appliances including dishwasher and laundry large rooms with beautiful flooring and good closet space Well maintained building

Awkwardly shaped living room - hard to fit a couch

Always felt safe, a community feeling, appliances worked well, just enough space

Cons

Floors are not quite, no laundry, front door requires two hands to open, could smell smoke from outside and windows were not good at keeping the temp cool inside

Advice to the owners

Update more apartments please and add a virtual doorman
