Great experience minus the dirty windows

Great amenities and wonderful front desk staff
Cons
The sauna has been out for over 6 months. It is a health department issue because they’re slow, but it is annoying when it’s one of your amenities you pay for. Some people in the building do not follow rules and smoke in the building. Management does what they can to try to stop it but it’s hard to catch the perpetrators.
Advice to the owners
More discipline for those who break rules you have cameras Everywhwre use them

nice doormen and great staff

there's residents that love to hold the elevators and just generally cause mischief, management is slow to respond
