No store room so packages were kept on the staircase

Great Experience - Lived here for 3 years
Pros
Harry is the best Super - he is super responsive, works extremely hard, and is the nicest man.
Cons
We ended up having a mouse in our unit in the last few months we lived here and management was not extremely responsive.
Advice to the owners
Better responsiveness for rodent problem.
