Affordable, updated finishes, location can be loud

- Affordable - Updated finishes - Management was fairly responsive to requests

Cons

- Small - Can be loud if facing avenue - Some mice in hallway closets (but not in apartments if updated)

Decent place good location

Pros

great location, elevator is nice, management responds in good time and is generally nice to work with

Cons

Some bugs such as flies and cockroaches. Exterminator comes for like 5 minutes a month and if you miss him on accident you’re just screwed
