Nice first renting experience in NYC
Pros
Great location! The cutest landlord, he is also very responsive and seems to genuinely care about his tenants. Fair rent fee & safe neighborhood.
Cons
Pigeons live in the open space across the building and poop all over ACs. There’s also dead birds there. It’s a health hazard to open the window on that side. Landlord is great and say they will put up a net soon as soon as they get approval from city.
Advice to the owners
Please do something about the pigeons asap ♥️
