Love living here
Pros
Property managers are pretty responsive and the rents are reasonable for the area.
Cons
Definitely an old building which gets dirty quite fast - I wish the management was more on top of cleaning.

decent small apartment
Pros
Proximity to lots of transportation lines, nice area, exposed brick apartment, no pests
Cons
unresponsive management, call box doesn't work, garbage situation is difficult (just leaving it on street), small apartments
