Solid apartment building with great management
Pros
Management is responsive and great
Cons
Building is dirty. There are multiple sittings of bugs in the common areas but none in my apartment luckily

Start an extermination sheet

Very responsive management, clean building, lots of staff

Can’t think of much, rents are a bit high but that’s about it
